We are away couple who rent out a room with a double bed. The room has a TV and double wardrobe and drawers under bed. The house is quiet and we have a private garden to relax in, in the summer. It is a 25 minute walk to city centre and a 10 minute bus ride, number 24 bus. We are a friendly couple and have been hosting international students for 3 years, mainly Saudi Arabian boys but also Spanish, South Korean, Swiss.... we are keen to have a student from August in our fully furnished room. No food will be provided apart from a small snack breakfast. Washing machine available to use. All bills included in monthly amount.
