The flat is in a really good location Cabot Circus is just 3 mins walk away with all the main stores, restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. Despite being central, the area is still pretty quiet, especially on working days.

Good transport access:
• Bus station is around 8 mins walk
• Temple Meads is around 25 mins walk or 6 mins by bike

The house is well lit and has a nice balcony which is great for relaxing, reading or sunbathing when the weather is good.

You’d be sharing with one female flatmate (30), who works at the hospital and sometimes does night duties, so cleanliness, being tidy and respectful about noise is really important.

Non-negotiable:
• Vegetarian only (or at least no meat inside the house)
• No smoking

All bills are split equally between two people. Electricity, water, gas and council tax comes (£140-150 per person per month)

There’s no broadband connection and no free parking. Bike can be stored inside the house.
