I have a single room available July/August (I can be flexible), in a flat share right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is so central you can see the Cabot Circus car park from outside the front!
There are three bedrooms and a roomy kitchen/hang out space and the flat is registered as a four person HMO.
From September, the other occupants of the share are a young professional couple (male & female) and a female student in her final year at Bristol Uni.
The two girls are best friends since childhood, although they haven't lived together before. The available room is a single furnished room.
The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and the available room is £750 per month including water, electric and broadband.
Council tax is not included though. The flat is council tax band B.
All the others love board games and are pretty fastidious about being clean and tidy.
NB The images in this advert show previous tenant's possessions which will not be in the flat at the time of renting.
