Double bedroom with an ensuite in a lovely walkup in central bristol, one of our current housemates is moving out, and we a need young professional to replace them.

The remaing Housemates are easy going young professionals, fairly tidy and social within the house, but both have our own hobbies and friends that keep us occupied. That being said we occasionally do group cooking nights and some trips to the pub and would like this to continue. We like to read, watch moives, game occasionally and the house is known for its annual Halloween house party.

Our landlady has specified that she requires the new housemates to be young professionals, so not suitable for students and she would prefer people who are looking to stay longterm in the property.

The house has a living room, dinning room and seperate kitchen along with a garden which make up the shared space to which all tenants have access.

Bills tend to be around £120.00 inclusive of the council tax, which is band E but these lower greatly in winter.
