I have 1 bedroom available in my 2 bed ground floor flat, free from 15th March. The bedroom is furnished and there is a shared bathroom. A real highlight is the beautiful harbour views from the main living space. The flat is centrally located. It’s approximately a 20 minute walk to the city centre and Clifton village. Despite the city centre location, the flat is away from any main roads so is quiet on weekends and evenings.

I am a friendly, easy-going guy. I’ve spent many a year in house shares always with good reviews! I like to spend my evenings watching TV, playing sport, cooking and the occasional trip to the pub. I’d like to find someone who is sociable to have a chat with at dinner or watch some TV together but equally has their own interests throughout the week.

Council tax is band D. Rent includes all bills except electricity. In total, it should work out around £800 a month with more in the winter and less in the summer.
