Myself and my two housemates are looking for someone to fill the fourth room in our house for the next academic year, 2026/2027.
The three of us are students and will be going into our third year of uni. We are all super clean and tidy and respectful of each other’s space, but we still love to spend time together whether that’s day trips, cozy nights in, or nights out to the pub.
The room is a lovely first floor double bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space and a nice size window. There are two bathrooms (one has a bath) in the house so they are shared between two.
Rent is £700 a month, plus bills at £79 a month. It is a short 20 minute bus ride to the centre but is also walking distance (35 mins).
There is free on street parking, and there usually isn’t any issue with finding a space.
