Hello, I’m looking to rent one of the rooms in my 2 bed flat in the centre of Bristol.

The room has a double bed and comes furnished. It does have a large TV in there as well. The main bathroom is all yours as I have an en-suite so I don’t use it. Of course guests will use both so would need to be kept clean.

Open to discussions if you’d like any changes to the room or the furnishings in there. I want to make sure it’s a good space for you.

The flat is in a great location walking distance from Cabot’s circus and Gloucester Road. Shared living space with open plan kitchen and front room.

In terms of myself I’m very relaxed and easy going. I like both socialising and having my own personal downtime.

What I’m looking for is someone with respect for the space, and keeps things clean and tidy.
