Hello. I am going away for summer and am subletting my room. I will move out on May 19th, you can move in anytime after that. It’s a very cozy house, has a living room and a big kitchen. Only two other flatmates will be staying there. My room is on top floor. There is a bathroom in this house on every floor.
The room is available until September 1st. Rent is £200 per week. Includes all the bills, Wifi is available. There’s also cleaning of communal areas included in the price, which happens every month or so.
