Our flatmate is looking to move out of our current flat so we now have a room that will be available in our flat very soon. We're looking for someone to move in as soon as possible although we can be somewhat flexible with the move in date. Unfortunately, we can only accept students since this is registered as a student flat.
It's a large double room which is fully furnished in a 4-bed flat at Dowry Square. The flat is in a quiet area but well located near some nice pubs and the harbor side. It's a 25 minute walk from the university and only a 15 minute walk to the city centre and the suspension bridge.
The flat has one large bathroom with a toilet and shower shared between three of the flatmates (the fourth has her own ensuite), a living/dining area and a kitchen with two fridges a washing machine and dishwasher. There's also a gorgeous communal garden in the centre of the square which is ideal for chilling out in in the summer or hosting groups of friends (and very few people use it for some reason so it's never crowded).
The rent is £740 per month not including bills, which amount to approximately £60 per month, so it's roughly £800 per month total (with no council tax since this is a student flat).
You'd be sharing the flat with 3 female postgrad students aged between 24 and 26, since I myself am also moving out of the flat at the end of October.
If you have any further questions about the flat or would like to do a viewing and see it for your self, please don't hesitate to send a message.
