My name’s Abbey, I’m moving out of this wonderful room in Redland and am looking for someone to replace me from 20th July-19th January 2025. I need to have the new tenants details within the week, so please message me now if you are interested so we can schedule a VIEWINGS NO LATER THAN SATURDAY.

The flat is honestly so gorgeous and modern - the big main room has windows all along the wall and there is a big garden.
The flat is shared with 2 male professional musicians, one who has their own business twiddling musical nobs behind the scene (he is an engineer), and the other who works part time driving vans delivering parcels for Amazon🚚. They are both easy going and social and also value their alone time.

It came unfurnished, but we can discuss me selling you the double bed and other furniture items I moved into it :) I will upload photos of my furnishings asap.

Water and council tax is 50 pp/pcm on top of the rent, and wifi and elec/gas are standard rates on top of that.
