The flat has 10 foot ceilings and large Georgian windows bringing in lots of natural light. We are on the 1st floor and access is via a staircase external to the property.

15-minute walk to Whiteladies Road and an easy drive into town or up to the M5 for commuting. Number 4 bus stop is immediately outside the flat for easy commuting to town. The kitchen and lounge are fully furnished.

The property is rented from a private landlady. Council tax band D (£70pm each). Rent excludes bills, water and internet (£70pm each).

You would be moving into a flat with 2 friends:

Jack: 26-year-old mechanical engineer who works from home most of the time. Loves music, cooking good grub and a good film. Up for a bit of golf, board game or a day festival.

The flat has great social spaces which have been utilised for dinner parties and pub quizes for the past 5 years, even with lots of different tennants so would be looking for someone who wants to be/make friends, not just cohabit.
