I’m looking for a replacement tenant (UpB student) for my room at Transom House, booked through AmberStudent, for the 2026/27 academic year, as I would like to rent with my friends somewhere else instead, but in order to do that I have to find a replacement tenant for my contract
I am willing to pay the £100 advanced rent and bank transfer you £594 (3 weeks of rent) out of my own pocket upon the completion of the replacement contract.
