I have a lovely, spacious room to rent in a well-located flat in St. Paul’s. Short term let’s preferred (1-6 months) Would also consider mon-Fri lets.

The room will be £800 per month for full time or £600 per month for Monday to Friday. Rent is inclusive of all bills.

The room is available on the 1st May.

The Flat
The property is a maisonette with two bedrooms on the ground floor and a large kitchen and living area upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large gas hob/oven, and washing machine, and opens onto a private terraced garden with table and chairs.

There’s also a separate living room with a TV and comfortable L-shaped sofa. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower over it.

The Room
A large double room at the front of the house, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelving, chest of drawers, and desk. It will be newly decorated before you move in.

About Me
You’ll be sharing with me – I’m a 40-year-old woman working in the environmental sector. I mostly work from home, with occasional office days. I’m friendly, down-to-earth and sociable, but also value my own space.

Location
The flat is ideally located to enjoy everything Bristol has to offer:
• 10-minute walk to Cabot Circus / city centre
• 25-minute walk to Temple Meads
• Gloucester Road and Montpelier right on the doorstep

It would suit someone who is looking for a short term place close to the city centre.
