I'm subletting a double bed room, with en-suite, in a 4 bed flat from July-August. Bills are not included, but are ~£50/month.

The room would be ideal for a student undertaking a summer internship, as it's located 10 minutes from UoB and Clifton Down Station. There's plenty of shops, cafes and pubs around, and is a lively part of the city. Closeby are Clifton and Monteplier which are frequented by students and young professionals.

The flat has a shared living space, with kitchen, sofa and dining table. Unfortunately there is no parking, but there is a small garden.

We (4 men, 22-25) are all super friendly, and all are currently studying PhDs in Chemistry. One of us (Ollie) currently lives in the flat, with the other two (Adrian, Zetai) moving in at the start of July. If you'd like to meet us and have a room tour, message and let me know!
