Hello! I'm Ed, a 45-year-old music lover, lefty, and long-time Bristol resident – and I’m looking for two housemates to join me (and my very charming cat, Eris) in our warm, friendly home in the heart of St Pauls.

The House:
A 3-bed home with a strong sense of character and calm. The room has a bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The rest of the house – kitchen, living room, shower room, bathroom, garden etc. – is shared. There’s a real feeling of space and light, and the area itself is super central, with a rich local culture and strong community spirit.

Rent:
£735 per month including all bills (council tax, broadband, electric, water & weekly cleaner).

Who You’ll Be Living With:
Me (Ed) – politically engaged, artistically minded, always up for a thoughtful conversation, a shared meal, a spot of gardening or visit to the pub. I value openness, mutual respect, and the balance between shared living and personal space. Ed is a passionate advocate for the environment so the house runs of 100% green energy (as has heatpump, batteries and solar panels).

Nastye - creative, caring and energetic, Nastye is originally from Ukraine but has lived in the UK since 2020 and has been here for a year. She works as a barista and social media plus is also an illustrator.

And then there's Eris – an adorable cat with a lot of personality. She’ll likely charm you with her zoomies and her never-ending quest for strokes.

Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who values open and honest communication, who contributes to a relaxed and respectful household vibe. If you're creatively inclined and/or community-minded, you'll likely feel right at home here. Honestly, this probably isn’t the place for you if you're big on right-wing politics – not because we can't have different opinions, but because shared values make shared living easier and happier.

It is definitely not a party house, but always up for a good conversation, shared meal, or trip to a gig
