It’s a single room in a fully furnished 2-bed house, with an allocated parking spot. Rent is £830 all inclusive. £100 deposit needed as it’s a sublet. It’s on Redcliffe Street, BS1 6HP.
The other housemate is 31, works Mon-Fri and is very easy-going, tidy and organised. He mostly keeps to himself after work and doesn’t cook, so you’ll have the kitchen pretty much to yourself.
The bathroom is shared with a shower on bath.
There’s a nice shared living room with sofa, futon, TV + PS5 and a lovely river view overlooking King Street. Very chill house, no restrictions on having friends over. I’m flexible between 1-3 months and potentially longer depending on how things are in 3 months.

Extra furniture can be removed to make more space in the room.
