We will be away and looking to rent out our house over the summer holidays. The price of £600 per week is for the whole house and we are open to negotiating a daily rate over 1 week. It is available roughly 25th July to 8th/9th august.
We live in a 3 bedroom, 3 storey house in Southville, a fantastic cultural area of Bristol. It’s new (2018) and eco with mvhr and solar hot water. While we don’t have a garden we have a small backyard and access to a wooden shared podium place with a private balcony area which is such a sun trap!

On the ground floor is a secure car park with parking outside the back door and car charger. Inside is the kitchen dinner. We have washing machine, tumble dryer and electric hob.
On the middle floor is living room with projector and a spare room with sofa bed currently used as our playroom. also on the middle floor is a toilet and living room with access to the podium/patio. We have a projector with Apple TV (IPlayer, Netflix, Disney plus). Top floor is the main bedroom with double bed, Family bathroom and a small room with bunk beds.

The house would suit a couple or family looking for somewhere over the summer.

The price is inclusive of bills (up to a reasonable amount to be agreed in advance)
