Looking to fill up a spare bedroom I have and join another lodger (~45F) living with me! More details below:

One fully furnished double room available with a large shared bathroom, WC, living room, kitchen, dining room and garden.

*IMPORTANT *
- Longer term there is a possibility (not guaranteed) I sell the property - from May/June or so there may be viewings so expectation would be to be able to keep common areas particularly clean for then and private areas vaguely presentable (NOTE in the event of selling prior to completion everyone would have to vacate)

Very close to central Bristol via a short walk down to St Michaels Hill (and a probably very tiring walk back given how steep it is!). Within minutes of the university, Co-op, Royal Fort Gardens, Kingsdown Gym, and a couple of local cafes. Within a ten minute walk is the clifton triangle, and within a fifteen minute walk is Clifton Down.

Half-month deposit will be required.

Other important information
In terms of cleaning - I only expect the usual expected things (e. g. tidying up after yourself, ideally helping with things like taking out the waste, and emptying/ loading the dishwasher fairly equally between everyone)

I’m a 31 year old professional who (perhaps deludedly!) thinks he’s chill to live with - I’m into a mixture of sports and really quite nerdy things but generally try to find the interesting side of everything! My main negative quirk is being quite sensitive to noise when I’m trying to sleep, otherwise all chill.

I'm on a sabbatical from working and alternating between generally being around during the day and being out of the country on travel adventures.
