This sunny small double room is near Stokes Croft and is very central, 5 mins from Cabot Circus or bus station.

Rent is £670 a month and all bills are included with wifi.

Sharing with myself/landlord, I'm an artist and 2 others.
Currently a male engineer Fin (24) and a male musician and receptionist (30).

There is a small double mattress, chest of drawers with built in desk and a chair. The room overlooks a big secluded area of gardens and trees.

There is a beautiful garden and the street is very quiet. The large kitchen is the main social space.

It's non smoking in the house ( garden is ok ) and no pets.
