Looking for housemate to fill a room in a 2-bed flat.

Flat is a second-floor 2-bed in Doudney Court, Bedminster, close to Asda, City Centre and Victoria Park. There is a parking space also that comes with the flat.

The available room is the one with the airer propped against the window (on the smaller side, but double bed fits lengthwise under the window with room for furniture in there).

Cost wise it's 650 rent plus bills which works out roughly 150 extra. Council tax band B. All financials will go through agency so no money paid directly to me on move in, but I pay rent/bills to landlord.

About me: I work 9-5 as an Environmental Consultant big on fitness (currently marathon training), football, chess and music. Would be keen to have a good chat at viewings and see if there's a nice vibe.
