Large double room in Clifton living with two friendly flatmates Tom and Lily, aged 28. One working professional and one PhD student.

We’re both very chill people who enjoy a few drinks on the weekends, but not big into partying. I’m a PhD student who works from home most days. Lily is a civil servant.

Bills are approximately £55 each per month, council tax around £75 each per month (band D).

Room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, draws).

Has an ensuite bathroom. We have large kitchen which is our communal space.

Room is located on the first floor with a shared staircase. We have a small front yard but no garden.

5 mins from Clifton Down station, 5 mins from the Triangle, 10 mins to Wills Memorial Building.
