We live in the lovely village of Lace Hill in Buckingham

Good public transport available but most people use cars to travel to nearby towns.

It’s a quiet village with lovely walks. A social club, large playing fields, pubs, Tesco & other shops and post office in the town.

We are a married couple with a son and a friendly cat. We like watching Netflix, cooking, bbq'ing, music and family days out!

Cul-de-sac location with your own parking bay.

Your room has matching furniture, drawers, built in double wardrobes, no tv provided in there though - There is WiFi of course

Living room has a big TV, seating and dining table and chairs.

Bathroom shared with one other - bath with mixer shower and great pressure!

We have a small garden.

We are looking for clean and tidy, non-smoker that ideally works full time, that is happy to integrate and the most important thing is we all get along.

Single occupancy - happy to consider lodger with child staying some weekends.
