This awesome house is right next to Bourton Park and a short walk to town.

The house has ample on street parking, a garage and loft for storage, as well as a sunny garden in the rear. The room can also be furnished or unfurnished, dependent on preference.

The rent includes all bills, and the house comes with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, a bathroom, with another separate downstairs WC too.

I am really easy going and am looking for someone who is clean and wants a nice home to come back to. I enjoy having friends and family over for dinners or drinks and whoever I live with is always welcome to join! :-) I enjoy a happy home and enjoy chatting and catching up on the day with my housemate. I also love cooking! I like to keep busy but when I am home I am usually watching Netflix or Amazon Prime and chilling out!

Happy to discuss part time living options if you are looking for Mon-Fri or weekend only and can discuss the difference in rent for that.
