A conveniently situated HMO in Crewe with one bright double room now available. Over the road from Morrisons and the Eagle Bridge Health Centre, this house is close to Bentley Motors, Leighton Hospital and the town centre.

We also provide a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, a tall fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!

TENANCY

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who are looking to stay for a minimum of 3 months tenancy, but the tenancy will be a rolling monthly contract from the start.
