Spacious and private loft studio in my own home with a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette and its own shower-room available from 11th of July. My house is in a green and relatively quiet residential area of Cambridge 10-15 minutes from both the Science Park and the historic centre by bus or bicycle. The Cambridge North railway station is also close. Having just been recently modernised, the house is in lovely condition. I aim to provide a considerate, very clean and relatively quiet home where everyone can work or rest at any time of the day, so please only enquire, if you are happy to help maintain such a living environment. The room would best suit a light-footed morning person who is comfortable with observing relative silence between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you sympathise with these sentiments, we would be delighted to welcome you. We are looking for another single person to share our home with. You are of course welcome to have occasional visitors, we simply try and keep the everyday number of people in the house to a civilised level for everyone.
