Here we have a single room available in a shared house near to Wolfson College, in Newnham Cambridge.
It is close to the city centre and the University colleges.

The house consists of four bedrooms, a big kitchen with shared utensils (no need to bring anything), a communal living room with a sofa, dining table, and flatscreen TV, two bathrooms (one with shower and toilet, the other toilet only), and a large garden. We also have a washing machine and dryer. A cleaner is coming weekly to clean the communal areas. We just had a new carpet laid in all rooms and the living room which is not yet depicted on the pictures.

Room is furnished as hand-me-down, occupant must purchase existing furniture from previous tenant for £100
