I'm moving out of my single room in a lovely, furnished houseshare in the peaceful neighborhood of Newnham. It's a 5-min walk to Wolfson College, a 10-min walk to a Co-op grocery store., and also by Grantchester Meadows.

The room is on the second floor, has a window with a lovely view of the garden in the back, and is furnished with a mattress, desk, chair, closet, a dresser, and sink.

The first floor consists of the kitchen area, dining room, and living room (which has a projector to watch films). There's also a washer and dryer. There's two bathrooms in the house; the one on the first floor has a toilet, and the one on the second floor has a toilet and shower. There's also fast WiFi.

There are four of us currently living here, and two (one female, one male) will continue living in the house. They are both PhD students, and enjoy gigs, gardening, running, football, and movies, among other things.

My yearlong tenancy agreement ends at the end of August this year, so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting in July. If interested, the room may also be available after August, and can be discussed with David, our landlord, who is very responsive. Bills aren't included and is usually 30-50 pounds per month.
