The house is a large 5-bedroom house desirably located next to Coldhams Common with easy access to Mill Road, the station and central Cambridge. Walking distance to the beehive centre which has large supermarkets and a gym. The house has a large living room and a kitchen-diner downstairs. There are two toilets. Large garden at the back with a garage. There are parking spaces available.
The room is a spacious single on the ground floor with a shower in the room. It has a view out onto the garden and is next to the downstairs toilet.
We are three Cambridge grads (working as young professionals) and an ARU student. We are sociable but respect private space. The house has a relaxed atmosphere and is often very quiet which is well suited for study/working from home. We enjoy exercise/sports and watching TV.
