This is a comfortable clean, quiet 3 bed terrace house in the Newnham area of South west Cambridge. Looking for Monday to Friday people commuting to Cambridge during the week for work or study.
Sharing kitchen, bathroom, living room, second toilet. Garage, off road parking, nice garden. 250 mb Internet, Quiet road and house. Close to university departments and colleges. Five miniuts on a bicycle to the market square/centre. The river, Grantchester meadows, and many playing fields, tennis club very close. The train station and Addenbrooks site are a bit further but can be done on cycle paths.
It might be possible to stay weekends occasionally. The rent could be less dependent on how many nights needed.
