An excellent, big double room is available now in a friendly, central house. The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, long mirror. A desk and chair are also available. A second double room is becoming available in mid-July.

The house is in a great location in a quiet street off Mill Road, close to the train station and the very centre of town.

The house has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, separate living room, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets. There is a quiet back garden with apple trees. The house has very good broadband and secure bike storage.

There are 3 of us in the house: 1 female in her 20’s is working, another female is a student, I'm super old work as a psychotherapist. We also have a cat who is friendly, especially when she’s hungry.

We’re friendly and keep the house clean and tidy. We do our own thing but have organised the occasional games night.

Rent includes all bills.
