My two housemates are sadly moving out of our lovely flat along the river, and I’m looking for two people to replace them. I’m a 26 year old PhD student at the University of Cambridge, and due to the nature of our contract with the landlord, incoming tenants will also have to be affiliated with the University either as students or staff.

There are two rooms available, a larger fully furnished double with a big built in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other room is also a double with a large wardrobe, also fully furnished, that shares a larger bathroom with one other person.

Bills are not included but are arranged by the landlord and normally come to around £70-80 a month. We do have a fortnightly cleaner as part of the rent!

The flat is really lovely and is all of great quality. We have a balcony and an allocated parking space, as well as secure bike storage.

I’m looking for friendly people who are happy to maintain a quiet house, but enjoy grabbing a pint or watching a movie occasionally. Please send me a message if you’re interested!
