This is a cute sunny room on the North side of town and a short walk to the city center. We have a relaxed and friendly vibe. I am away Sep-June in Jamaica. I come back for the summer, so most of the time you won’t see me. We have a lovely open plan sunny kitchen dining area, garden for BBQ with fruit trees and flowers and a paved yard. Open fire in cosy sitting/TV room. The room has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobe, large dressing table. Room two is on the ground floor and has queen size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and cupboards. This is not a party house, it’s my home and everyone that lives here is encouraged to consider it home too. We are clean and tidy and expect consideration respect and good vibes as standard. We welcome interesting individuals with a creative side. Ive been renting these rooms for 20 years and have never had any problems, usually people love it and usually the lodgers are academiocs, masters/PhD students etc who want a homely place to live that is well furnished and central. There is a garden, lockable for bikes.
