Second floor flat in leafy Arbury -
I bought this 2 bed flat in October and have been making it a cosy home since then. I'm away quite a lot and I'm keen to let out the second bedroom on a short term basis. My parents love coming to stay in between times so long term lets aren't possible sorry!
The flat is spacious and I'm working my way through the rooms upgrading the previous magnolia and functional decor 😅
I have kitted it out with smart lighting and a hive thermostat, and I have a projector and Alexa in the lounge. The bedroom in question has a double bed, wardrobe space, a chest of drawers and is carpeted. I can lend bedding / towels if needed. I can provide a desk in the bedroom if that's also something you require.
The kitchen has almost too much storage so you can have your own cupboard and space in the fridge, also welcome to use my stuff (fairly basic kitchen equipment, IKEA crockery etc. but all new and clean).
Downstairs there's a ground floor secure store cupboard which has room for a bike. The neighbourhood is mainly council housing and residential/schools but very quiet and only a short cycle into town (~10min / 30min walk), near a big Aldi and a small One Stop convenience shop. The neighbours are friendly and I don't hear anyone else being the end flat on the top floor.
When I'm around I like to be out of the flat and pretty active but occasionally I do work from home. I like to be sociable and would be open to hanging out, cooking together etc. if that's something you'd be interested in too but I also understand lives are busy!
Sorry, the room is no longer available
