The house is in an excellent location off Mill Road and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I am looking for a responsible, quiet and independent lodger who is in need of either a short-term let (6 months) or longer (up to one year or more), if interested. Non smokers. VIsiting students and post docs are welcome as long as they are responsible, quiet, respectful and tidy. Ten minutes to the centre of town and pretty much everywhere in Cambridge. References required. There is also a cat who lives here too and would be grateful to anyone who would like to share in looking after her! She is called Lola and is very friendly and good company. Very cheap bike let is also possible if needed.
