Hi everyone!

I'm moving into College accommodation and am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely shared house on Windsor Road (CB4 3JJ), available from early November.

The room is spacious and bright, with a large window letting in plenty of natural light. The house has a shared kitchen, a cosy sitting room and access to a garden.

You'd be sharing the house with another friendly housemate who's a PhD researcher at the University of Cambridge.

The location is convenient, around 6 minutes by bike from Cambridge city centre.

A few details:
- Rent: £780 per month (bills not included)
- Location: Windsor Road, Cambridge, CB4 3JJ
- Available: From early November
- House: Shared kitchen, sitting room and garden

If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to send me a message! I'm happy to share more details, photos or arrange a viewing.
