It's a lovely studio in a postgraduate-only accommodation, located just 10 minutes on foot from the city centre, right beside Castle Mound. 😍🏡 You will have your own kitchennette (which has a microwave + grill oven, two hobs, fridge cum freezer, toaster and kettle), ensuite bathroom (toilet, shower and washbasin), bed, study desk and chair, foldable dining table, armchair and footstool, iron and a four-door wardrobe. There's a huge window facing south-east, so there's a lot of light coming in🖼. The building also has gym, TV area, lounge, steam room etc. The laundry is central, managed by Washnet. Covered bike storage and step-free disabled access are available.
The rent is £284 a week which includes electricity, water, WiFi etc., basically everything except laundry.
The tenancy is from 12th of January until 6th of September 2025.
