Hey everyone, looking for a new male flatmate to share a 2-bedroom flat near west Mill Road/ Grafton Centre that comes with two balconies 🌿🐌. Flat has a big open-plan kitchen/living room, 1 spacious bathroom and a washing/dryer machine, it also has a private free car park. Currently, 1 bedroom is available for a new housemate from December 2024 to December 2025 (12 months) at £762 PCM (excluding bills which are ca £150 PCM). The room has a double bed and desk, and lots of space, with its own balcony too. In the photos, it currently shows the room with a super king bed, but this can be swapped out if more room space is wanted.

Looking for a tidy/clean person, friendly postgrad student to join the flat.

The tenancy agreement from the estate agents requires someone to act as a guarantor if you don't have a salary that meets a threshold, meaning you will need someone for that when we do the name changeover.
