A Cambridge City room is available to rent from £850 a month single for occupancy but it’s a double bedroom that couples ( not friends nor family members in 1 room ) can rent from £995 and available for viewing by appointment in the highly sort after modern apartments that are 'Pym Court'.

The rooms have a double bed, are a good size and have desks and shelves: the doors are lockable for extra security. We aim to be flexible, helpful and fair which is what is sought from you.

An extra £10 per week may be added for heating in the winter season only if you like a very warm room it could cost you a max additional cost of £300 in total if you’re staying between November 2026 to end April 2027

- Should a co-habiting romantic couple wish to share a room then the rent rate will be increased to £995

It is only possible for couples in a relationship to share a room here.

The shower, kitchen/lounge are common areas which are shared with me, your live-in Landlady and therefore, you need to be a clean and tidy team player.

A refundable deposit of £850.00 will be required once you've decided to take the room.

The 1st months' rent is to be paid in advance and payments will stay in advance during the term of the contract.

A months' notice in advance is required at the end of the contract period if you sign a 'rolling' agreement.

We provide a lodger's agreement for you to sign.

There's a bike store on site and Pym Court is a very central location being a short walk from the diverse restaurants, coffee houses and internationally diverse shops on Mill Road.

We are 20 minutes from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge train station and the Drummer Street bus terminal. A 20 minute cycle ride to Addenbrooks and 20/30 mins cycle to the Science Park or Arm in Fulborn.

The City is served by a good bus service taking you locally, across the County and Country.

Your new home is served by discount supermarkets on the Business Park along with the premium Marks and Sparks. ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury, Co-op and Waitrose all within 15/30 mins walk as are the 4 gyms and 2 retail parks.

We have fashionable shopping in the City Centre’s Grand Arcade and 'Lanes' again within a 30 minute walk from the flat as are the restaurants, clubs and City pubs.

There’s beautiful and inspiring architecture at hand as well as river walks and green open spaces all on our door step: life is more than adequate in this area - there's always something free to do outside.
