Our 6-person house share is looking for a new tenant for one of the rooms, for an unlimited stay limit (minimum of 3 months), with individual contracts with our landlord.
Our current household currently consists of 5 (3F,2M) young professionals from various nationalities. While we are on the quieter side, we like to gather and do activities together if the occasion presents itself. And we would be happy to welcome any students or professionals sharing the same values.
The house
The house is located in a well-located area near Mill Road with many commerce and other activities accessible by foot (10 minutes away from the rail station, 15 minutes from the Grafton and Beehive, 20 minutes from the city center, 10 minutes from Anglia Ruskin University).
It has the advantage of being in a quiet neighborhood; and the rent includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax).
Shared facilities include a kitchen with main amenities (fridges, cupboards, gas oven, microwave, washing machine …), a connected living room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) as well as a large garden at the back where it is possible to park bikes.
Pets are unfortunately not accepted.
