A furnished quiet double room is available from 11th September in a friendly 4 bed house off Mill Road very close to the centre of Cambridge.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, easy chair, bedside table, desk and chair. The room has french doors onto the patio and back garden.

The house has an open plan kitchen-dining room, separate living room, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets, quiet back garden. There is good broadband and secure bike storage.

There are 3 other housemates, 1 female in her mid 20's works in the area of AI. 1 male also mid 20's is a visiting student working on his PhD. I am super old and work as a psychotherapist mainly for a Cambridge college. We have a cat, who is friendly, especially when she's hungry.

We're looking for someone who contributes to the life of the household, including sharing cleaning tasks. We are friendly and have the occasionally go out for pizza or have a board game night.

Rent includes all bills.
