The house is in a great location in a quiet street off Mill Road, close to the train station and the very centre of town.

The house has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, separate living room, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets. There is a quiet back garden with apple trees. The house has very good broadband and secure bike storage.

There are 3 of us in the house: 1 female in her 20’s is doing her Masters, 1 male, 20’s, is a visiting PhD student. I'm old and work as a psychotherapist mainly for a Cambridge college . We have a cat who is friendly, especially when she’s hungry.

We’re friendly and keep the house clean and tidy. We do our own thing but have organised the occasional housemate night out or games night in.

Rent includes all bills.
