The house will be shared with the live-in landlords, which is a small family of 2, and 2 other female tenants.
I have a cat that you may encounter on the ground floor and the garden.

The use of the kitchen and dining area is shared. The shared appliances in the kitchen are the stove, the ovens, kettle, microwave, toaster. 1 shelf of the main fridge, 1 shelf of the freezer and 1 shelf of a large cupboard is for the single use of the person renting the bedroom.
The laundry amenities are also shared, they includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer. When thw weather permits, a clothing line in the garden can be used.

All the bills will be included in the price of £850 per month, including wifi and netflix. The deposit is £500.

The house also has a parking space available on the front drive and a safe storage shed for a bicycle in the back of the garden.

The house is conveniently located close to:
- small supermakets (tesco, sainsbury, co-op, jia mart). It takes aeound 7min to walk there.
- 15min walk to the train station
- 10min by bicycle to Addenbrooks hospital
- close to bus stops with lots of links
