Looking for two housemates to share a bathroom and live in large lighted double bedrooms circa 10 x 16 feet each (sloppy ceiling though) on the top floor of my house, in a beautiful, relaxing and secure neighborhood.

I live on the middle floor

We would share the Kitchen-diner and lounge area on the ground floor

There is a small garden that one can sit out in the better weather, it's also where bikes may be stored

There is no parking at the property, but there is free on road parking nearby.

Kitchen - brand new gas boiler, fridge freezer, induction hob, Microwave, Oven, Air Fryer, Toaster, plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking implements and cupboard space

Lounge has a 65" TV with surround sound system, a 2&3 seater sofa and two desks.

Person:
Some one who is clean and tidy, quiet between 23:00 - 7:00, and who is both up for getting to know the rest of the house hold and also have private time to themselves. We work hard and for long hours so enjoy coming back to a clean, tidy, peaceful and relaxing home. It would be nice to cook each other a meal once a fortnight.

Setup:
I'm the only adult living in the property full-time, but am looking for two more sharers to join me. My girlfriend pops over 1-2 days per week. We are both self employed working in Engineering and Healthcare.

Interests:
Badminton, engineering, racquet sports, walks, outdoor activities, travelling and finding out all the lovely boutique places to try coffee at.
