A cosy double room is available in a warm, peaceful home — ideal for someone who values a calm, comfortable, and respectful living environment.

I prioritise my wellbeing and value a calm, emotionally aware, and drama-free home. It’s important to me that the space remains peaceful, so I’m looking for someone who also prefers to keep personal conflicts and heavy emotional stress outside the home.

I work in tech but prefer a slower, more balanced pace of life and appreciate the simple things. I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, and music is a big part of my day (I play guitar, so you may hear the occasional relaxed strum). I also enjoy staying active through hiking, running, and going to the gym — it’s a nice balance between quiet home life and time outdoors.

The home has a gentle, easygoing atmosphere — a space to truly unwind after a busy day. It’s clean, cosy, and calm, with a small garden to enjoy. I’m currently putting care into decorating and shaping it into something really special, and it would be lovely to share that with someone who wants to feel at home here, not just rent a room.

Day-to-day, I enjoy the occasional shared meal, movie nights, good music, and easy conversation. At the same time, I’m selectively social and value personal space, so I appreciate a quiet, peaceful home and prefer to keep guests to a minimum.
