I am moving away sadly and have to leave this lovely house.
You'd be living with Josh, Adam and Ben. An engineer, a bioinformatician and IT specialist who like to spend time together, catching up and enjoying life!! We all respect each others space but also spend time together and enjoy film nights, pub trips, etc.
There's a bike rack out front, we've got a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 2 bathrooms. Induction hob, dining room, lovely garden with shed and barbecue, living room etc
The house is kept clean and tidy, rent is £820 pcm including council tax (C) but not including bills, which come to around £60 pcm.
