Hi all! I’m moving out of my room and my lovely housemates are looking for a girl to join our house in CB1 from July (flexible move-in date). I’ve loved my time in this house and am so sad to be leaving!
The room is lovely and gets a lot of sun as it’s South-facing. It comes furnished with a single bed (with under bed storage), wardrobe and side table. The rest of the house also comes furnished but also has plenty of space for you to decorate as you please.
The other two housemates are super friendly - both are working or (part-time) studying at the University of Cambridge, female and 24 years old.
The house is very well-located - the train station and mill road are 15 mins walk away, town is a 10min cycle. We have a co-op and grocery stores 2 mins away and several gyms in walking distance.
Bills are on average 80-100 a month. Viewings from this week onwards - drop me a message if you are interested!
