I'm moving away and looking for a replacement housemate in our friendly, bright, and cosy home!

Our existing tenancy expires on the 15th September - perfect for summer students or interns in Cambridge temporarily over the next few months! It would also be possible to retain the house beyond this date, provided you find another two housemates.

The room is on the first floor with a window facing the back garden, and is fully furnished including desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedframe and mattress. There is plenty of storage, including a spare room in the house that's used solely as a storage room. You'll be sharing a split bathroom with one other housemate. There is a large living room with sliding doors into the garden, where there is also a shed for bike storage.

The house is in a lovely and easily accessible location off Cherry Hinton Road, with several local businesses and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk including a Co-Op, a unisex hairdresser's, a pub, and numerous takeaway food options. It's around a 10-15 minute cycle to central Cambridge, or around 15-20 minutes on the bus which stops very close by. It's also around a 10-minute cycle to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

Rent is £689 pcm, with bills + council tax (band D property) coming to around £150 pcm. Your share of the security deposit would come to £846.
