Please note I am not a housemate in this house, there will be 5 rooms in this house. No individual viewings accepted, 5 people group only.

Fully functional student house. The contract is 12 months only and starts 1st of September. This is a student house, also neighbourhood watch area.
It's just 10 minutes away from the train station. 6-8 minutes away from the nearest co-op and 35 mins away from ARU. 2 bus route available, so pretty accessible.

The bills are included in the price of the room, but if we overuse the amenities, then we would have to pay extra. However we have never needed to overuse, while living very comfortably.

All rooms are fully furnished with a desk, bed, and storage units like wardrobes.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
We have a living room with sofas, shelves, a shared raised kitchen table, washing machine and a dishwasher. There's lots of space and is lovely in the common room.

GARDEN
We have a very large garden that is often visited by cats, birds and wildlife.
