Beautiful double room available in our gorgeous 3 bed house share with separate kitchen, lounge, dining room, large bathroom (+ second downstairs toilet), and absolutely HUGE garden! Lots of storage, a garage and parking. It’s such a great size for a three person share.

The available room is a large double (biggest of the three) with bay windows. The room comes unfurnished however our departing flatmate maybe happy to sell the furniture if you would prefer a furnished room.

Location;
- We are based on Gilbert Road in Arbury/ Chesterton. Really friendly vibes and great neighbours, with plenty of shops and supermarkets within walking distance.
- Short walk to the river Cam and central Cambridge (15-20 mins)
- Cambridge North and Central Cambridge station 15 min drive or cycle
- Great transport links and easy access to A14/ M11

About us;
You'll be sharing with Meg (35), currently in her final year of PhD and Gemma (41) Producer working between home and office in London, 5 days a week.

We have both lived here for over three years and aim to make it a lovely place to be, so are keen to find someone who'll want to make this their home! We have pretty busy lives and are out quite a lot but when home enjoy a chat in the kitchen or getting stuck into some veg growing in the garden!

Our departing housemate's official move out date is 6th November, but possible for us to be a bit flexible on this if you need to move in sooner.

We rent through a lovely agent who'll need to do reference checks which usually take a week to process.
