This is a Tenancy takeover. I am the current tenant. This student accommodation is 8 mins walk away from ARU just on the Newmarket Circle. 10/15mins to all the Big supermarkets.
You will be needing a guarantor to go through a strong reference check or you need to pay a full advance rent before you move in to the letting agency.
This room was for £675 originally but was reduced to £650. Other flatmates still pay £675 for the same room.
The room is available from NOW and the current contract is till 13th June 2026 can be extended depending on the landlord. I can move out immediately once i find another tenant who could move in after me. The reference process can take some time to process so take atleast 1/3 working days.
